A Visit to the Mercatino in Cefalù where you will find local Italian Cheese, Meats, Olive Oil, Breads, Olives, Nuts, Fruits, Vegetables and more….
For Lunch at tasing course. Wine Tasting & Food Pairing at the Winery & Putia Enosteria enjoying about Sicilian Wines
Afternoon at the Villa to relax or take swim
Pizza Party at your Villa led by Pizzaiola Chef Rocco, Pizzaiolao Chef Roberto, Pizzaiolao Chef Ryan and Chef Keo. Here you will be able to make your pizza and enjoy eating your pizza too. Your Chefs will also be making pizza throughout the evening for you to enjoy

DAY 7- Wednesday, September 17, 2025 - La Rocca di Cefalù, Chef Course Dinner Presentation
Breakfast at your Villa in Cefalù, Sicily.
Optional early morning departure for a hike led by Roberto on the beautiful mountain La Rocca di Cefalù. La Rocca has the best view in Cefalù overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea at 250 meters. On this hike you can view the Temple of Diana dated back 4th Century B.C.
On top of La Rocca are the remains of a Medieval Castle dating back to the 13th and 14th Century
Afternoon free to explore the many beautiful sites of Cefalù.
The beautiful Cathedral at Piazza Duomo, Museums, Restaurants, Shopping, or just Relaxing at a Beach Club (Lido)

An early afternoon visit to the Wine Cellar & Wine Tasting at Abbazia Santa Anastasia Winery where you will have a tour of the cellar & tasting
For lunch a Tasting Course pairing Local Artisian Meats & Cheeses, learning how the wines pair with cheese, meats, and marmalades
For dinner we celebrate nearing the close of our Culinary Experience with Apericena & Craft Cocktails with Chefs Rocco, Roberto, Ryan, Keo & Guest Mixologist Matteo

DAY 9 - Friday, September 19, 2025 - Grape Harvest Rocco Garibaldi Vineyard, Afternoon Swim & Pizza Festival
